Boil pasta in plenty of water as per directions on the packet. Add salt to water if preferred.
Heat saucepan with olive oil. Once heated, add onions, celery, and minced garlic. Saute for couple of minutes.
Add sausage and stir fry till nicely browned.
Add mushrooms and cook till they are softened and shrunk.
Add tomato paste, broth, and cream. Saute till sauce is simmering.
Add onions powder, italian herbs, coriander powder, and fennel powder. Give a quick stir.
Add boiled pasta along with reserved water and mix well so that pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Add salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Transfer pasta to serving bowls. Sprinkle dried parsley, shredded cheese, and red chilies flakes as garnish.
